Hump Day – Where in The World?
It’s Wednesday which means it is Hump Day. What is hump day you may ask yourself? To get a full understanding what it is and why we do it then you have to check out our original Hump Day Wednesday photo.
Basically we have been posting a new photo each Wednesday of something that we have found helps us imagine what we might get up to this weekend. It could be just a relaxing beach, a surfing location, a great snorkelling spot, a destination, well you get the idea. In the end it really is just a picture of whatever I feel like putting up that reminds me of some good times.
However I am going to spice it up from now on. I am turning this weekly post in to:
Hump Day – Where in the World?
From now on we will post up a picture and we want YOU to tell us where it is AND why it helps you get over Hump Day to the weekend.
Each week we will choose the winner based on who guesses the correct answer first. The winner will be profiled on our site the following week with a Link back to your site! Pretty easy way to earn yourself a back-link if you ask me.
This photo was taken during a hike in a beautiful area of Canada (pretty big hint). I was standing on the frozen river to take this photo. During summertime it is a raging torrent and I think even more beautiful.
Where was this photo taken? And what memories does it evoke for you to get over Hump Day?

Haha correct Mum. But specifically Maligne Canyon. We were standing on the frozen river!

Wow, gorgeous! I have no idea where the photo was taken (I know very little about Canada), but I’d sure like to know.
Thanks for joining in Christy. It was in Jasper, Canada. More specifically on the frozen Maligne Canyon River. Beautiful and completely different in summer and winter! Loved it there.
Cheers
